How We Work
Hunt Garments specializes in two types of process when manufacturing the Sportswear.
Sublimation Process
Design Creation
Our journey begins with the creation of unique and eye-catching designs tailored to our clients’ specifications. Our expert design team collaborates closely with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted.
Printing Preparation
Once the designs are finalized, we prepare them for the sublimation printing process. This involves transferring the designs onto special sublimation paper using state-of-the-art printing technology, ensuring vibrant colors and crisp details.
Fabric Preparation
Next, we meticulously prepare the fabric, ensuring it is clean, smooth, and ready for printing. This step is crucial to achieving flawless results and ensuring the longevity of the final product.
Sublimation Printing
The prepared fabric and printed sublimation paper are carefully aligned and placed together, ready for the sublimation printing process. Using high heat and pressure, the ink from the paper is transferred onto the fabric, resulting in stunning, permanent designs that seamlessly fuse with the fabric fibers.
Quality Control
After the sublimation process is complete, each fabric is thoroughly inspected to ensure the colors are vibrant, the designs are crisp, and there are no imperfections. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality at every step of the process.
Cut & Sew Process
Fabric Selection
For our cut and sew garments, we start by carefully selecting the highest quality fabrics that meet our rigorous standards for performance, durability, and comfort.
Pattern Making
Once the fabric is chosen, our skilled pattern makers create custom patterns based on the design specifications provided by our clients. These patterns serve as the blueprint for each garment’s construction.
Cutting
Using precision cutting equipment, the fabric is cut according to the patterns, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Our team pays close attention to detail, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Sewing
The cut fabric pieces are then expertly stitched together by our experienced seamstresses, who use advanced sewing techniques to create garments that fit perfectly and withstand the rigors of athletic performance.
Finishing Touches
After sewing, each garment undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure all seams are secure, and the construction meets our quality standards. Any necessary finishing touches, such as adding labels or embellishments, are carefully applied.
